By signing up for and using the iGrabber (Instant Grabber) application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all users of the App.

2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the use of the App and any actions taken using the App. This includes, but is not limited to, how you interact with Amazon Flex and any third-party services.

• You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we guarantee that iGrabber will help secure offers from Amazon Flex, we do not control the availability or number of offers, and we do not guarantee that you will receive offers in all circumstances.

• The App provides tools to assist in getting Amazon Flex offers, but results may vary based on user settings, internet connection, location, and other factors outside of our control.
• The App’s effectiveness is contingent upon the performance of third-party platforms like Amazon Flex, which we do not control.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any loss of earnings, data, or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

By using iGrabber, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues caused by interruptions, server downtime, or the unavailability of Amazon Flex services.

5. No Legal Responsibility

We provide iGrabber on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the App’s performance or availability.

• You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
• We do not guarantee the legality or compliance of the App with any third-party terms, such as Amazon Flex’s terms of service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or suspicious activity.

• Upon termination, you will no longer be permitted to use the App, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

7. Subscription and Payments

If you choose to subscribe to one of our paid plans, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We use Stripe, a third-party secure payment system, to process all payments.

• Third-Party Payment Processor: All payment information, including your credit or debit card details, is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card information.
• Payment Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your payment for the subscription plan selected.
• Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Once processed, payments for the subscription period selected are final.

Stripe ensures that your payment data is encrypted and handled securely, giving you peace of mind when making transactions through our app.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of iGrabber, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].
